Service Pricing
Consultation Fee
The initial consultation is $200, and follow-up visits are $125. For in-person visits, the cost is $250 plus the price of any necessary lab tests.
Membership Pricing
Compounded semaglutide is only available as a cash-pay option through a local preferred pharmacy. To make things easier for you, I’ve combined all costs, including the estimated cost of the medication, into a single monthly payment.
Here are the plan options:
* Month-to-month plan: $399 per month
* 3-month plan: $290 per month
* 6-month plan: $149 for the first month, then $229 per month
Do you accept insurance?
While I don’t accept insurance directly, my cash-based model allows me to focus on delivering personalized, high-quality care tailored to your needs, free from the constraints of traditional insurance. Many patients discover that their insurance can still cover the cost of labs and medications prescribed during our visits.
I’m happy to provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, which may help offset some of your expenses. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
